— Swami Chinmayananda
The Chinmaya Education Cell, established under the Chinmaya Mission, serves as the central guiding body for all Chinmaya educational institutions. Rooted in the vision of Swami Chinmayananda, it emerged from his belief that true education must integrate intellectual growth with cultural grounding and value-based living.
Since its inception, the Education Cell has worked to translate this ideal into a cohesive model followed by Chinmaya Vidyalayas, colleges, and professional institutions across India and abroad. Its vision is to nurture individuals who are not only academically competent but also compassionate, self-disciplined, and spiritually aware.
What we do

- Promote value-education programs blending modern pedagogy with timeless Indian wisdom.
- Conduct workshops, audits, and leadership programs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop resource materials and integrates co-curricular and cultural activities.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Tattamangalam
🌸 *Mathru Pithru Pooja 2026 – A Sacred Tribute to Parental Love* 🌸 “ *Matru Devo Bhava, Pitru Devo Bhava”* 🙏 Let Mother Be Revered as God, Let Father Be Revered as God. The Vidyalaya solemnly celebrated *Mathru Pithru Pooja 2026,* a beautiful expression of gratitude, reverence, and unconditional love towards parents. The auspicious occasion was graced by *His Holiness Swami Asheshanandaji, Our Acharya, CMECT Palakkad,* who blessed the gathering and delivered an enlightening message on the profound significance of *Mathru Pithru Pooja.* He emphasised the invaluable role of parents in shaping a child's character, nurturing values, and guiding children along the path of righteousness. His inspiring words reminded everyone that reverence for parents is not merely a ritual, but a heartfelt expression of gratitude for their boundless love, sacrifices, and selfless dedication. The sacred ceremony offered students a meaningful opportunity to seek the blessings of their parents and acknowledge the divine presence in their lives. It was a deeply moving occasion that strengthened the timeless values of respect, humility, gratitude, and family bonds. May the blessings of our parents continue to illuminate our lives and guide us towards a future rooted in love, values, and wisdom. 🙏🌼 Where values are cherished, traditions are honoured, and hearts are nurtured. 🪷 #MathruPithruPooja2026 #ChinmayaVidyalaya #Tattamangalam #SwamiAsheshanandaji #OurAcharya CMECTPalakkad ParentalBlessings GratitudeAndReverence IndianTraditions ValueBasedEducation CultureAndValues ChinmayaMission https://www.instagram.com/p/Detfg5giV69/?mdxt=MWNpeG54MDM3enR2Mg==
