Our KG children celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with a joyful nature walk to the Ganesha Temple, offering prayers and soaking in the festive spirit. 🙏✨ The celebration continued with a creative craft activity, bringing together devotion, exploration, and creativity in a beautiful learning experience. 🎨🌿

Bhagavadgita was conducted to encourage students to learn and recite the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. Students from different schools participated enthusiastically, confidence and devotion.

A one-day in-house training workshop was organized at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro, on Wednesday, September 9. The workshop was held for all the staff members of the school, on the theme of 'Values Education. President Biswarup Mukhopadhyay, Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, Principal In-Charge Narmendra Kumar and Vice-Principal Dr. Roshan Sharma were present during the event. Arpan Chakraborty and Aman Sharma were the resource persons for the workshop. The workshop commenced with Guru Vandana and lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Following this, Supriya Choudhary briefed the teachers on the training content and provided detailed insights into value-based education. Highlighting the core mantra of "strength in unity," she engaged the teachers using several illustrative examples. She also demonstrated the importance of value-based education through various activities. Subsequently, key resource persons Arpan Chakraborty and Aman Sharma discussed value-based education in light of the Chinmaya Vision Program, using the Chinmaya Parichay Workshop as a foundation. They spoke extensively about the objectives and possibilities of imparting education rooted in Indian values, highlighting their significance and ways to instill them in students. Multiple Q&A sessions and engaging activities were conducted throughout the workshop to maximize its benefit for the teachers. In conclusion, Principal In-Charge Narmendra Kumar expressed his gratitude to the resource persons. He emphasized that values represent the most unique and special aspect of Indian culture. He added, that the goal of the Chinmaya Vision Program is to introduce these values to students at a young age and integrate them into their daily lives. He encouraged all teachers to deliver value-based education and extended his best wishes for the future.
